Welcome and thankyou for taking the time to visit the Picture Perfect Needlecrafts online store.  So far Picture Perfect Needlecrafts carries over 3,000 charts from six International designers that are currently unavailable in shops within Australia - Celtic Rose, Mystic Stitch , Shinysuns, Purple Patch, Moonlight Inspirations and Joan Elliott.  They are all experienced stitchers and have quality charts designed from artwork and photographs.  Although our range of designers is only small there is a broad selection from each of these designers and we are continuing to add to it continually.  It is our plan to add to our range of designers in the future.  Please continue to check our site for any new additions.

Don't forget that all charts are available for purchase online or by mail order. Most of the charts we stock are available via Email or Printed and Posted to you.  Some are only available Printed & Posted to you.

We now stock our own fantastic range of kits.  "Handmade Treasures" is now proudly owned by Picture Perfect Needlecrafts.  The "Handmade Treasures" range consists of many Counted Cross Stitch kits and Embroidery kits.  All "Handmade Treasures" designs are created by Australians & produced and packaged by us.  The release of the "Handmade Treasures" kits will happen in batches as we unpack stock.  Keep an eye out for them in the coming weeks & months and any specials that will accompany them.

Celtic Rose

When you see a lot of cross stitch patterns online, the picture presented is the original artwork and not the completed stitched piece.  Celtic Rose charts you see here on the Picture Perfect Needlecrafts website IS what you are stitching and NOT the original artwork.  This gives you a much better idea of what YOUR finished masterpiece will be like.  All the Celtic Rose charts produced by us are whole cross stitch only.

Celtic Rose counted cross stitch charts are available from Picture Perfect Needlecrafts in two ways.

1. Printed and posted to you or

2. Via email/download at a reduced cost

No matter how you choose to receive your chart(s) they will be presented to you in exactly the same professional way.

Your Celtic Rose printed chart includes:

• Front page with full colour picture and contact details of the designer.

• Comprehensive stitching instructions (including how to read the charts) with hints and tips on threading/finishing etc.

• Chart with easy to read symbols.

• DMC™ thread key with the amount of 8m skeins you will need for each project.

Each chart is printed on white premium quality A4 paper and placed in an A4 plastic pocket for protection.  Charts are posted via Australia Post in an A4 padded bag or cardboard box (from Australia Post) to ensure your charts arrive as pristine as when they were printed. At checkout enter your postcode and select either normal or express post and your postage charges will be calculated and added to your order.  Or contact us for a copy of a mail order form.  Mail Order instructions are at the bottom of the form.

Your Celtic Rose Emailed Chart includes:

If you choose the email/download option your chart is sent directly to you in pdf form in one easy to open file.  The chart will print out exactly how it would be presented to you if posted (as described above). At Checkout please choose the "Emailed To Me/Pick Up" option as the Delivery Method so you will not be charged any postage costs.

Celtic Rose charts are specifically designed to be printed using the minimum amount of ink possible to save you money and the environment some resources.


FABRIC REQUIREMENTS

Most of the Celtic Rose charts are designed for 16ct fabric but you can change them to any fabric/colour you prefer.  Just remember to alter the fabric size you start on accordingly as using 14 or 18ct Aida will mean your finished design will become LARGER or SMALLER.  And don't forget to add 6" to the design area to get a 3" border all the way around for framing purposes ie. if the design area is 10" x 10" you will need a piece of fabric at least 16" x 16" to allow for framing.

A stitch count and a variety of design sizes are available for all Celtic Rose designs.  When you click on more information for each product these details will be displayed.  This will be helpful to you when determining the required fabric size for your project.

All Celtic Rose designs use DMC ™ threads.

Misty Dreamz

Picture Perfect Needlecrafts will no longer be distributing Misty Dreamz counted cross stitch charts.
 

Mystic Stitch

Shinysuns

Shinysuns counted cross stitch patterns are designed from artwork & pictures using professional software to start with and the finished designing touches are done by Shinysuns.  Many hours are taken to make each chart making it resemble the original artwork.  All cross stitch charts are of the highest quality and will take some time to stitch.  Sometimes a large number of colours will be used in a pattern to help re-create the art or photo.  Shinysuns chart images are shown in virtual stitches and what the finished product will look like.  Each cross stitch chart will span out on several pages for easier reading and following. Shinysuns recommends their charts are stitched on 18ct Aida.

Shinysuns charts are available from Picture Perfect Needlecrafts printed and posted to you ONLY.

Your Shinysuns printed and posted chart includes:

• Cover sheet with colour picture of finished design and design sizes.
• Floss symbols, DMC floss numbers and colour definitions.
• The pattern with black & white symbols.

Each chart is printed on white premium quality paper and placed in a sealable plastic pocket for protection.  Charts are posted via Australia Post in an A4 padded bag or cardboard box (from Australia Post) to ensure your charts arrive as pristine as when they were printed.  At checkout enter your postcode and select either normal or express post and your postage charges will be calculated and added to your order.  Or contact us for a copy of a mail order form.  Mail Order instructions are at the bottom of the form.

Pattern Layout

If your pattern is more tall than wide (eg: 8 x 11) your pattern will layout like this:

If your pattern is laid out properly, the numbers along the top and side will be lined up numerically.

Purple Patch

Purple Patch charts are bright and vibrant filled with beautiful colours.  They are designed to be stitched on 14ct Aida and do require backstitching.

Purple Patch  counted cross stitch charts are available from Picture Perfect Needlecrafts in two ways.

Moonlight Inspirations

Moonlight Inspirations charts are cute, country styles and full of colour.  These charts are designed from artwork or the designers own creations.  They are designed to be stitched on different counts of fabric. This information is shown in detail on the individual design product information.  Back stitching is required for the majority of designs but generally no background stitching is required.

Moonlight Inspirations counted cross stitch charts are available from Picture Perfect Needlecrafts in two ways.

"Handmade Treasures" Kits

The recent acquisition of the "Handmade Treasures" brand of needlecraft products now allows us to offer these quality designs for sale on our website.  The range consists of a great selection of Counted Cross Stitch kits and Embroidery kits.  As the "Handmade Treasures" kits are produced & packaged by Picture Perfect Needlecrafts it allows us to offer these products to our customer at affordable prices.

"Handmade Treasures" kits come to you all ready to stitch, with pre sorted threads, needle, fabric, easy to read black & white chart & instructions.  There is a colour cover sheet to show you an image of the finished product.  The kits are all protected by a sealed plastic pocket.

In time we may offer the "Handmade Treasures" designs as a "Chart ONLY" product.  Look out for any announcements on the front page of the website.
